Brand multiselect
Allow multiple selections in the ‘Brands’ widget. If ‘narrow the results’ is selected, only items that much match both brands should display. With ‘expand the results’, products that are any of the brands selected should display.

Pick two brands, they should appear in the active filters widgets and the breadcrumbs:
Each brand above has the correct product count. No items are displayed because none of these items are two brands at once.
‘Expand the results’
Pick two brands:
All products across both selected brands should display.
